Deemto is an AI-powered career coaching platform that helps job seekers — particularly skilled immigrants in Alberta, Canada — with:

• Building a comprehensive career identity through AI-guided interviews
• Analyzing job postings for compatibility with your profile
• Generating tailored resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn content
• Providing interview preparation and practice
• Market intelligence and career strategy insights

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information to the AI system
• Use generated content to misrepresent your qualifications to employers
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence access to the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI output may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations — always fact-check
• Career advice is informational, not professional legal or career counselling
• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
• We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the personal information and documents you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, AI models integration, and branding, is owned by Deemto and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Pricing & Availability

The Service is currently provided free of charge during our early access period. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or modify features at any time with reasonable notice.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deemto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of employment opportunities
• Inaccurate AI-generated content
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Actions taken based on AI recommendations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms
